Chandré Jacobs

Chandré Jacobs is a PhD student in the School of Economics at the University of Cape Town. She has a Master's degree in Economic Science and a Bachelor of Business Science (Economics), both obtained from UCT. In 2021, she completed an internship with J-PAL Africa. Her current research interests include inequality and conflict, specifically local inequality, protest action, and communal violence in South Africa.
